1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on AQ99 Apps, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in account termination.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify the support team immediately.
• An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration, so please ensure it is active.

3 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on AQ99 Apps. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

AQ99 Apps may request identity documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

• Withdrawals may be held until your age has been successfully verified.
• Members are responsible for preventing children and minors in their household from accessing the platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

AQ99 Apps currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and the maximum varies by payment method.

The payment method used when making a deposit must be registered in your name. Using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 3–10 minutes.
• If your deposit doesn't arrive for any reason, please contact our support team with proof of payment.
• No extra charges on deposits – the full amount you send will be credited to your account.
• AQ99 Apps will never ask for payments directly over the phone or via messages. Stay alert to this type of fraud.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from AQ99 Apps, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

• Identity verification may be required at the time of your first withdrawal.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — contact our support team for details.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity or security verification requirements.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

AQ99 Apps offers a range of bonuses – including a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, free spins, and referral bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must place a specified amount in bets (wagering requirement). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to wager ৳30,000.

• Accepting a bonus is optional — you are free to play without one.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date – they must be used within the specified period or they will expire.
• Some bonuses are valid only on specific games, not all games.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on AQ99 Apps are powered by certified, independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

If a technical issue occurs during betting, the affected bet may be voided and the stake refunded. However, if the game has already been completed, that result will stand as final.

• The use of automated software or bots during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• AQ99 Apps is not liable for disconnections that occur during a gaming session.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on AQ99 Apps. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Use of any automated tools, bots, or hacking tools in gaming.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.
• Impersonating AQ99 Apps staff.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.

9 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any available balance before the account is closed.

AQ99 Apps may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If the required verification documents are not submitted.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• In the case of a self-exclusion request.

10 Limitation of Liability

• In the event of service disruption caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Under no circumstances will AQ99 Apps's total liability exceed the amount of funds held in your account.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by the support team, AQ99 Apps may refer the matter to an independent third-party mediator. With the consent of both parties, the mediator's decision will be considered final.

12 Right to Amend

Aq99 apps reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.
